Blue Turtle Property was feautured in The Pioneer last week!, Have a read on this lovely write up about everything we’ve been upto on our first month.
The ‘one-stop shop’ estate agent, whose tagline is #flippingthemarket, has moved into the former Fat Jack’s at 17 Rhos Road, and opened its doors on May 12.
Owners Carly and Jody Johnson are founders of the Blue Turtle Group, a multi-million-pound national eco-company that works with utility companies and installers to provide insulation and heating improvements in homes.
Talking about the opening day and how the last few weeks have been, Carly said: “From having this vision years ago and to get to this point has taken a huge amount of effort and dedication from a fantastic team on the planning, building, marketing as well as the estate agency front. From a team that has worked tirelessly to ensure opening was a complete success was well worth it, getting the positive feedback we did.
“Lots of residents and local businesses as well as visitors popped in and all made lovely comments. We are so excited to now be part of the fantastic Rhos on Sea community. Everyone has been so kind.
“We have been told the space is stunning, very welcoming and not like a traditional estate agents which is exactly what we were aiming for. We wanted a calming, relaxing space where we can meet and invite customers and discuss how we can help.
“We were also excited to welcome our colleagues from our partner group over to hear their thoughts. They also loved it.”
Blue Turtle Property incorporates elements of the Blue Turtle Group and aims to be a true ‘one-stop shop’ for everything property-related.
Carly added: “What Blue Turtle Property stands for is much more than simply offering a service. With a friendly team that genuinely care and want to make the journey exciting, as it should be. We have a team in place that can help with every single element of moving together with the flexibility to suit everyone.”
Nikki Nieroda-Edwards, branch manager at Blue Turtle Property, said: “We’ve had lots of people approach us who are interested in the change of use [of the building] and how different the building looks now.
“We’d love to encourage people to come in for a friendly chat.
“It feels amazing to be together as a team. We’ve been out and about to lots of lovely customers in the past few weeks and we can’t wait to get out to help more.”
