Carly is the powerhouse behind Blue Turtle Property.

A proud mum of four and doting Nanna to a beautiful grandson, Carly seamlessly balances her thriving career with her cherished family life.

With a wealth of experience across various roles and industries, including a year as an estate agent with Purple Bricks, Carly’s passion for property has always been at her core.

In 2020 alongside her husband Jody, she co-founded Blue Turtle Group Ltd, a multimillion-pound national ECO company.

Carly’s expertise in media and marketing enabled her to create the iconic ‘turtles’ branding that defines the business today.

Her unwavering passion for property has inspired her to launch Blue Turtle Property, a premium bespoke estate agency.

Known for her boundless energy, ambition and personable approach, Carly is a truly inspirational leader who thrives on overcoming challenges and inspiring others.

I’ve taken my time to write this bio and it had to be written by myself.

I would like to introduce my wonderful, amazing, genius husband Jody Johnson! Director and Co Founder of both our businesses!

He’s the ying to my yang and nothing would be possible without him!

From the moment we met, I knew we were destined to be more than just partners in life.

Today, as co-founders of our 2 businesses, I am super grateful to have my husband by my side, not only as my soulmate but as my business partner.

Every challenge we face, every decision we make and every milestone we celebrate is built on the trust and love we share.

Building our businesses together has been an incredible journey, one that’s been shaped by our shared vision and values and sometimes, just sometimes, pretty much forcing him to agree with me!

As we continue to grow and innovate, I’m reminded every day of the unique strength that comes from merging both personal and professional passions.
